One of our Retail B2C client facing confusion in identifying sales number due to Covid effect. He asked us to help him in analyzing and predicting the sales number for upcoming months. We provided the solution in the form of a customized dashboard which helped the client to understand the sales trend and predict the sales number for next months.

Our client was in reatil industry and his business was going smooth before the Covid. After the Covid, he noticed that his business was not doing as expected. We found out that, previously his sales were directly proportional to the budget, but now we had other variables like Online Sales, Website traffic, etc as key players. We built a custom model in Python to predict the sales number by keeping the all variables in consideration.
Technology we used: For this project, we used Python, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib and Scikit-learn. We built a data model to predict the sales number based on previous year's sales data. We also used Power BI to visualize the data and build a dashboard to help the client to understand the sales trend and predict the sales number for next months.
